    The clever design of the EuroClass 1200/1200RE means you have a clear view of the entire system during operation while specially simplified gangways lead cows to the milking parlour with minimum stress and high throughput.

    Clear view:
    The milker always has a clear view of the milking operation. Cows are positioned at 30° to each other and stall design is open, ensuring the animal are always easy to access and see.

    Easy cow access:
    Milker access to cows is optimised as the animals are perfectly positioned thanks to an index bracket on the front gate.

    Cow comfort:
    Large milking stalls measure 120cm wide to add to cow comfort for any breed/size during milking. Extra wide gangways, which are sparingly fitted with poles, allow cows to access stalls quickly, safely and in maximum comfort.

    Increased throughput:
    Increase throughput by up to 15% due to the regulated entrance system and innovative Rapid-Exit function.

    Modular expansion:
    Can be easily expanded by adding modules. The system comes in various sizes: from 1×3 to 2×24 milking stalls for the EuroClass 1200 and from 2×8 to 2×20 milking stalls for the 1200RE.

    Electronic management:
    EuroClass 1200/1200RE systems can be easily integrated with GEA’s electronic milking control systems for optimised control.

    Front Rapid-Exit:

    The EuroClass 800/850/800 RE herringbone milking parlour allows you to maximise use of space for efficient milking of even large herds, while always ensuring maximum cow comfort for increased milk yield and quality.

    The EuroClass 800/850/800 RE is an ultra-compact herringbone milking parlour. Particularly small bay spacings of 800 or 850mm mean that you can milk large herds even if you have little space to work in. Other features in the system are optimised to improve cow comfort and maximise throughput.

    Cost-effective:
    Milk larger herds for less investment than is needed for other parlours, and in a smaller area.

    Easy for milkers:
    Thanks to the open design, the milking cluster is easy to attach. Cows’ udders and all stalls are always in clear view, so any issues can be seen by the operator and dealt with quickly.

    High throughput:
    Rapid-Exit function, employing moving arms to quickly release animals from the front of the parlour, has been shown to increase throughput by up to 15 %. Large gangways provide fast entry for animals, further increasing throughput.

    Automated front gates:
    The Rapid-Exit front arms are controlled via your DPNet gate control, which can be combined with milking control devices to create a fully automated system.

    Cow comfort:
    Despite its compact dimensions, the EuroClass 800/850/800 RE ensures cow comfort is optimised due to the open design of the milking stalls, large gangways, the absence of obstructive stanchions, and a wave-shaped front gate which helps cows to quickly get comfortable for stress-free milking.

    Size options:
    EuroClass 800 RE – from 2×8 to 2×25 milking stalls or EuroClass 800/850 – from 1×3 to 2×25 milking stalls.

    Easy expansion:
    The EuroClass’s modular construction means further components can be easily added to expand your parlour’s milking capacity.

    Electronic control:
    Your EuroClass 800/850/800 RE can be integrated with GEA’s electronic milking control devices. MetaTron P/S 21 milking control devices automate your milking process while providing important data in real-time. These devices are mounted on all milking stalls at your optimum working height and are all interconnected.

    The GEA iCLASSIC an easy set-up, roof-mounted herringbone stalling kit that is available as a swing arm or midline milking system.

    The iCLASSIC comes in a kit set-up and all standard parts are ready to easily bolt together for 6-60 clusters. Straight rails feed option also available.
